Woo hoo first post on my new blog! I guess I should start it off by saying that this blog is more for me than anyone else. Sure, if people pass by (somehow) and see my blog, that’s great but that doesn’t really matter to me. It will end up being a way of remembering this time in my life. Mainly music, films and other good stuff that I'll write about to look back on and reminisce. Nostalgia is my third favorite feeling. See? Already something to look back on! Personally, I can't say I understand the whole Tumblr craze. C’mon, reblogging pictures that already was on someone else’s blog? The pictures are already there and 400 more people just posted it to their Tumblr. It seems rather pointless to me. It’s pointless and a desperate attempt to belong to some kind of sub culture that would otherwise not accept you under certain conditions. For example, having unnatural colored hair, owning a rat, wearing mismatched clothes, and idolizing figures you have no knowledge on. Unless people use it for other purposes like photography, music, movie or a writing blog I think it’s just a bit ridiculous. Alright, that’s enough about trends and more about this. If I do post music, film or books, I’m not doing it to write a “synopsis” about it. There’s something called IMDB and it does its job very nicely if you ask me. So that’s not what I’m going for. I just want to write about music, movies, books, politics and fashion. It’s that simple. I have no hidden agenda to gain followers or anything else. I don’t want followers. I’m a selfish person who writes for me at this point in time. Well, that sums it up. I hope that ‘future me’ enjoys this and gets a good laugh outta all my posts!
